Yin Yoga is the ultimate antidote to a busy life!
This slow, meditative practice works deeply into the connective tissues—ligaments, tendons, and fascia—by holding poses for longer, typically 3-5 minutes. It’s gentle, yet deeply effective in improving flexibility, joint mobility, and circulation.
Unlike more dynamic, movement-based styles of yoga, Yin invites stillness and surrender. Muscles are encouraged to soften, allowing the body to open gradually and safely
