5pm – Arrivals and Check-In
6pm onwards: Evening yoga and meditation, dinner and evening reflections / Yoga nidra
Saturday
8 am – Morning meditation, breathwork, yoga
10 am – breakfast
11 am onwards: Personal relaxation time, possible trip to the beach
2 pm lunch – or packed lunch for beach trip
6 pm onwards: Evening yoga and meditation, dinner and evening reflections round the campfire.
Sunday
8 am – Morning meditation, breathwork, yoga
10 am breakfast
11 am onwards – Personal relaxation time
12.30 Closing ceremony
1 pm Lunch
2 pm Checkout – access to the grounds still available
Accomodation
Beautifully furnished Twin or double rooms, each with a private ensuite bathroom. A welcome pack is provided in each room, consisting of body wash, shampoo, vanity kit, lotions and fluffy towels
Food
Delicious and nourishing vegetarian dishes to refuel after our yoga sessions! All allergens catered for – please get in touch. Served in the beautiful dining room.
Facilities
Access to a lounge and lobby where you can grab a cup of tea, cosy up in front of the fire and read a book. Access to the games room that includes table tennis, air hockey and pool. Access to stunning grounds and forest so you can immerse yourself in nature.

Remaining balance due one month before the retreat

What are my payment options?
You can pay in full at time of purchase, or you can pay a deposit to secure your space and pay the full amount a month before the retreat
How many spaces are there?
There are a maximum of 20 spaces on this retreat weekend
Is there wifi available?
Yes – wifi is available throughout the venue
What is the cancellation policy?
I am a small independent business and have to pay fixed costs for venues and menus, therefore tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you cannot attend please find someone who can take your place. Special circumstances may apply and will be considered on an individual basis.
